Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Delivery - Charges & Timing
1. Shipping Charges are subject to change with or without prior notice, please check estimated shipping prior to placing your order. When Free Shipping is available, It will be automatically be applied to your order at checkout.
2. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
3. We will never charge you more than INR 500 for shipping, regardless of your basket size.
4. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days.
5. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Nicobar.
6. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order. However, We always try to get all order to fulfill and deliver as soon and as quickly possible.
How are orders placed on Wild Mango India delivered to me?
All orders placed on Wild Mango India are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, BlueDart, UPS, DHL, etc.
How do I track my order?
Registered Customer:
1. Log on to our website with your registered email Id
2. Click on your profile and go to My Orders
3. Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link
Guest Users:
If you shopped as a guest, We are always available via. email provided below. Please make sure you email us with your order number in the subject line while emailing.

My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 - 48 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
Payment
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us.
My card payment is declined
We would request you to check with your bank, in case of insufficient balance and/or if your card is currently valid. You could also try clearing your cache and reattempting with a different card or bank account.
Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?
We typically process your orders as soon as we receive the payment confirmation. However, If you still do not receive the confirmation, Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at wildmangoindia@gmail.com so that and we can quickly check at the payment gateway and will inform you accordingly.
Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?
Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:
• Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
• Net Banking - All major banks
• Debit Card - All major banks
• Wallet
• UPI
What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at wildmangoindia@gmail.com along with the screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you.
Product Related
Can you tell me the length of this garment ? Suggest what will fit me?
Every clothing item has a detailed size chart that should help you with your right size. We would request you to refer that once.
Want information on the fabric, material or any specific product details?
Please refer to the description/specifications details when you select and add a particular product in your booking cart.
Not getting the option to notify me?
If you don't see an option to 'Notify me' tab, chances are that the product has been discontinued or not in production. We regret the inconvenience.
I had added a product, it's not showing anymore?
Unfortunately, the items which you have added to your basket have been sold out.
Prices seem to be different. Eg- In INR and USD
For all domestic (within India) orders we follow the INR catalogue and for all international orders we follow the USD catalogue. Our pricing in international and domestic markets is different on account of differing operation costs for getting orders out to those regions (and also takes into account the demand and supply ratio). We do endeavor to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, which is why we still show prices in both INR and USD.
Cancellations & Modifications
Can you cancel my order?
Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
Can I modify the products (size/fit/color) in my order after it has been placed?
No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/color) once an order is placed.
